What do you love most about your job?
We get to work with a wide range of businesses where we can provide real input to making them successful. Ultimately it is rewarding because we get results, get paid, and get praised.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Unlike many individual business advisors, we realised that to really help the SME market one needs to collaborate with likeminded people so we found a group of people who complement each other and now we can serve the market properly.

We have been around a long time so have experience, but we are using new tools and techniques drawn from a wide range of business sectors to help the SME's we work with gain tangible results.
Business planning
Many people think that a Business Plan is just a document that you write when you need
to raise funds. Business plans tend to be confusing. overwhelming and time-
consuming to write, and as soon as they have been written they are out of date.
So we have changed the traditional business plan into a real-time tool that puts you on
the front foot, helps you to manage your business AND make informed decisions - all based on having up-to-date data.
The initial output is a full written business plan (including the financial forecast), a
1-page pitch summary and a slide-deck presentation. We then link the output to
your accounting system so that the plans are continuously updated for you,
