What’s your signature dish?
I can't say I have a signature dish as each event brings with it a variety of cuisines and styles.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I always ask my client for their choices and budget and we take it from there. i supply sample menus and we build their own tailor-made menu from that.
What do you love most about your job?
The variety and meeting some lovely people. No 2 events the same.
