Sarah was extremely knowledgeable and took away so much stress of dealing with the council. She was directly accessible over phone and answered my questions over email in under 1 hour. Glad i used her services. She applied to change the use of a building from Office use to a Dog grooming salon which meant explaining about dogs barking, noisy machinery to name but a few. What do you love most about your job?
It is important to understand what your client's requirements are and make the most of all the given details to realise their vision. I enjoy putting a smile on my client's faces and knowing that they have a place/area that feels brand new and suitable for their daily needs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have the designer gene within me! I can always see potential and ways to make things better.

Spatial Planning
You may realise that your current layout no longer works and that walls may need to be removed and bathrooms relocated. I can help you plan, visualise and organise a new layout.
Extensions
I help with rear, side extensions and loft conversions. Whether you need to add a new utility, a bathroom or office. I can can with Planning, Building Control and the Tender process.
Landscape
I design gardens, whether it be soft or hard landscaping. Outbuilding/summer house designs to step away from the home. A garden is a place that you should also make the most of and this can only done with the right appointed visionary.
Change of Use
Change of Use applications might sound simple but there is a lot of documentation required. I assist with producing design and access statements, heritage statements if in a conservation area, drawings and overall completion of planning application to the relevant Council.
