We picked this company based on reviews as quite a lot of companies charge a similar price for a homebuyers survey. We were very impressed with the ease of booking the survey and the speed that we got the report. It was booked within a few hours of me contacting Smart Home Surveys for the following week. We then received the report two days after the survey. The report itself is clear and thorough and included details about a few areas we’d highlighted. Great service! I requested a full Building Survey which was carried out very quickly (within a few days) and the report produced within 5 days as promised. We are very happy with our survey from Smart Home Surveys. Tracey was very on the ball in terms of planning and communicating with us. Alex the surveyor gave us a call the day after the survey and took a lot of time to answer my questions relating to a serious damp issue he identified, which was very helpful to shape my conversations with the solicitors and estate agent. I did some research online to help choose a surveyor and sent off 4 e-mails to potential companies. Tracey from Smart Home Surveys was the only one who sent back a speedy personalised reply. As soon as I called it was easy and so straightforward. I was guided through the whole process. We decided to have a survey done in the very last moment just before exchange of contracts. I found this independent company online and I instructed them to carry out a survey asap. We chose the level 2 RICS HomeBuyer Report Survey. They were very flexible and understanding. All of the people I spoke to with the matter(Tracey,Alex and Thomas) were professional, prompt and very efficient.
