Simply Lettings was launched in November 2013, eight years after David Bradley started out in the rental industry. Initially, it was set up to cater for a growing demand from friends, family and other investors in search of a simple, straight to the point letting agent.

My business provides contract cleaning services to Simply Lettings Leeds. Having worked with them for quite a while now, I can’t help but have incredibly positive things to say. If I was a Leeds Landlord, I’d want my property managed by them. Why? Because they actually care. Dealing with them doesn’t feel transactional, it’s personal and, when they hand you the keys for one of the properties, you are always left with the feeling that they will only settle for the absolute best maintenance standards, won’t compromise and will do all they can to make sure their tenants are happy and landlords reassured.
