I was not happy with the communication and the threats. Ms. Laura said she can’t make a tax return without a UTR number. In the end, I managed on my own and reported, and she told me on the last day that it had been resolved and did not want to agree on a joint solution, but threatened to prosecute me if I did not pay within 14 days.
