What’s your interior design process?
Clients who come to us have usually browsed through the website and like the look and feel of what we do. Simon will normally arrange a site visit to discuss a project in more detail before coming up with initial ideas, proposals and of course a budget. These first meetings are done free of charge.
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
Our work tends to be contemporary and modern in nature, using a rich palette of materials which would usually be timber based. However, we also combine metal, glass and stone finishes as well as upholstered surfaces. We have designed residential interiors, boardrooms, furniture for Oxford colleges, garden furniture, benches in shopping centres and ecclesiastical furniture. There is not much we can't and won't do!
What do you love most about your job?
The fact that every week we are doing something different and the design and manufacturing challenges that go with that.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A mixture of idealism and control freakery (all designers have this!)
