Simon and his team provided us with a very good service. Maddy took some really good pictures of the property and we were very impressed with the quality of the listing. There were plenty of visits from perspective buyers. Feedback was not always received but the team appeared diligent in chasing. Although we dealt with several people over the course of our sale the service standard was maintained. Sherri was very efficient in sales progression once an offer was accepted. Sold in 24 hours for the asking price. SB Estate Agents were first class from start to finish, offer accepted end on August 2018 in our new house by early December 2018. Simon, Harvey and the team provide an outstanding service and they wipe the floor with their competitors. They care about their clients, deliver to promises and work with you to best meet your needs. If you're a seller don't be fooled by other agents whose "sales negotiators" don't sell and don't negotiate for you. Our buyers also told us that they were kept well informed and that the team were friendly and efficient. After our previous sale fell through and after pressure almost immediately from Ruxton to drop our price significantly, we got Simon Burt in and sold again in 4 days for more than Ruxton had achieved. We've just completed the sale of our house today, and could not be happier with the service we have received from Simon and his team, so would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell their house.

I had initially looked at using an online agent, as I had a recent bad experience using a "traditional" estate agent. Just as I had almost decided on one to use, I saw "Simon Burt - The Estate Agent" offering a similar service with a Fixed Fee.

After calling in to their office and talking to Maddy, I was convinced that they were offering a very good value service, with the benefit of having a local service with people you could meet and talk to.

This decision was certainly vindicated as the whole process was expertly and professionally carried out, and most importantly you can contact any of the team, and they will always get back to you.

Our sale was for probate and we do not live locally. We chose Simon because he was the most experienced of the agents who visited us. He was always very respectful of our aunty's much-loved home. I first met Simon just over a year a go when my wife and I initially started looking for our next home. I was impressed with Simon’s local knowledge of the market but what stood out for me the most was the personal touch, clarity and support that Simon was able to offer.

The level of service is further strengthened by a solid team and working with Callum, Maddy and Sue was an absolute pleasure. Simon Burt managed to sell our home in one day for a price that met our expectations and at the same time secure the home that my wife and I were pursuing for a price that exceeded our expectations.

I am hugely thankful for all the efforts that Simon and the team have put in from start to finish. Having worked with some major high street estate agents in the past I can confidently say that Simon Burt is head and shoulders above the competition.

We’d had a number of appraisals from the big-name estate agents in the area and were all set to market our property with one of them. But at the 11th hour somebody suggested we also try Simon Burt. And thank goodness we did.

The appraisal itself was thorough and professional and it valued our home at almost 100k north of the competition. I remember thinking that perhaps the valuation was a little optimistic but nonetheless we felt very confident in the firm and we marketed the property with them.

We were overjoyed at the amount of interest we received and so an open day was planned for the following weekend. The open day generated a flurry of visitors throughout the day and we received multiple offers over the coming days. To our delight, the offers went all the way up to the asking price!

And this leads me to the part of the process where we really experienced the true value of using this firm. Our upward chain was quite shaky and we relied heavily on the skills and experience of their conveyancing team to keep everything running smoothly and to ensure that everybody behind us in the chain was happy.

And so the property was sold and all is well. The whole process was faultless and I have to say that we are thoroughly delighted with the service received. We would not hesitate in recommending Simon Burt the Estate Agent to anyone.

We chose Simon as he was very personable, and extremely knowledgeable on the market in Solihull. He gave us the confidence that our house would be marketed to sell at the right price for us, and we were delighted with the whole marketing of the house: from the excellent photo’s to the well organised open house which lead to a relatively quick sale.

Simon and the team were a HUGE help during the purchase of my first home. From arranging the viewing on a Sunday night at 8pm, and viewing the next day, to being kept up to date at every step of the process it was a breeze! The sale itself did not go 100% to plan, but Simon played a massive and active role in getting the purchase back on track and made sure the sale went through in a timely manner.
