What do we do?
We design websites and build brands - ones that people recognise and love. But we don’t stop at that. We make sure that whatever we create has users at its centre, with our clients surrounding every single need.
We’ve worked in the design industry for over 10 years.

Can't recommend this company enough. My 10 year old Windows Vista work pc (I know, cringe, right!) was literally days away from dying & Alex not only built me a new pc but spent hours transferring all my data across, including an extremely out of date email account, which I have no idea how he did it (it's magic, yeah? ). I didn't lose a single thing. He even kindly set up my new mobile phone while he was transferring the data across! Talk about customer service. I am forever in your debt. Alex has recovered my laptop from death twice now - one with total data recovery and the other by rebuilding the machine. Alex and the team provide IT support to my ten colleagues and are responsive, helpful and knowledgable.

Web Design
Hired Faye just now after extensive conversation about designing my wordpress website. Will update the review later if possible but am convinced she'll do some great work.
What makes a great website?
A great website is designed and developed for its users. Understanding the target audience is key and designing a user-friendly experience for that audience whilst maintaining the company brand and ethos.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
It's important to understand the full project requirements. There might be elements the client hadn't yet thought about, it's my job to advise and give ideas to avoid requirement changes further into the project.
Things we'll need to know:
1. What is your business?
2. What’s the objective or business goal of the project?
3. Who are your customers?
4. Do you require branding?
5. How important to is it that customers / clients find you through natural searches online?
6. What is your budget?
7. What’s the project deadline? Are there any key milestones, important dates, or time constraints?
Describe your creative process.
1. Understanding the project requirements.
2. We then provide an estimate and contract based on the brief and project requirements.
3. Invoice raised for 50% of total which must be paid to begin the work. The remainder paid upon completion.
4. Design work begins. Depending on the project this could include: Website structure, wire frames, page designs, logo concepts.
5. Work is provided to the client for review and feedback.
6. Design stage continues.
7. Final designs signed off.
8. Project completion.
9. Final invoice paid.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
A full brief is required along with any existing brand guidelines, content (text), images.
What do you love most about your job?
Oh, there's so much! By working on a project from start to finish I get to be part of that journey and I love helping clients reach their business goals. Plus, the diverse range of industries, I get to work with is always new and exciting.
When it comes to web design, I am passionate about the design process and user interface. I enjoy researching and learning about the customer profile and creating user journeys for that target audience to increase performance and conversion.
With branding I love exploring design concepts to best tell the story in a visual form. I'm driven by building a brand from the roots and making it a thing of beauty.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Hi, I'm Faye - Creative Director, Brand Designer and Website Designer. That means I design and develop websites and project-manage the whole process. I used to work as a website designer for large global retail companies (and actually, have 10 years of experience in graphic and website design).
But when my father died in 2014, I realised that life is precious and should not be taken for granted. This awakening of sorts pushed me to follow my dreams and to take a leap of faith. So I left my 9-to-5 job to start my own design company. And Shuffle Design was born!
Why should our clients choose you?
I work hard and energetically...and love every minute of it. I’m incredibly passionate about helping my clients to find their brand identity and to tell their story – both on and offline – in a way that creates loyalty, awareness, and excitement. Because life is short. And shouldn’t we all make the most of our stories?!
Although I’m the one at the helm of Shuffle Design (well, if it were a boat!), it’s usually a collaborative effort. Depending on the project scope, I may work alongside skilled Copywriters, Photographers, Backend Developers & IT Specialists whom I’ve carefully selected and with whom I work with often. Outsourcing some tasks in this way means that I can focus on what drives me – design, brand identity and user experience – to create higher standards of work, increased flexibility and freedom, plus lower costs for each client.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes we have worked remotely for 6 years. This has gained us valuable experience in managing projects virtually.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Not much has changed for us having worked remotely for many years we are used to managing projects via calls or video meetings.
