Not an honest company to deal with. One of their representatives knocked on my door to market their services of regular window cleaning and I told him I was not interested in regular window cleaning service yet but was happy to give them a try as a one-off and I could then make a decision whether to switch to a regular service or not later. We both agreed to the one-off clean and I made the payment after the clean. I never signed anything agreeing to a regular cleaning service. However, months later I keep receiving text messages about outstanding bills which I do not understand. I have sent multiple emails but they are still claiming I owe them money without any proof and it's very frustrating and dubious of the company to deceive me and force me to pay for what I have not used or even interested in using.
