I highly recommend Shaw Defense if you're considering bankruptcy. I had a business fall on hard times, and accumulated a lot of credit card debt to keep it running. I was scared, and also ashamed. I called him after hearing him on Christian radio, unfortunately, it was too late as I already filed chapter 7. He had a better plan. I called Judge Jed Shaw after hearing his radio commercial. He was kind, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. (We met by phone so I didn't have to go in. ) I would have used his service without a doubt, but unfortunately I had already filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy. I wish I had known that bankruptcy was not necessary in Texas before making that decision! Since speaking with him, I recommend Judge Shaw to anyone who is trying to figure out what to do. More...
