What do you love most about your job?
Satisfied and Happy customers is the best part of the job. Seeing a project through from start to finish and viewing the before and after photos. The great improvements that can be noticed is really rewarding, knowing that what has been achieved, has been completed to a high standard, exceeding the customers expectation.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After several redundancies I decided on a career change and to stabalise my career, putting more pressure on me to make it work rather than relying on other people/companies to decide upon the way forward. I always wanted my own business and looked at a lot of different possibilities. Since completing a few house refurbishments and enjoying the results, but not the cost, I decided upon learning a trade to help my own development and to keep the cost down on the next project. This led me to qualify as a Domestic Electrical Installer, to add my my general maintenance sills, and forming Sharps Sparks, starting with small jobs but intending to grow the business further.
