Everything you want from a business offering these services. I call regarding a problem with our boiler not diverting from hot water to central heating. An appointment was made for them to attend, I was awkward and asked for a call 30 mins before arrival so I had time to get home from work. Jamie called exactly as agreed and I met him at home. The team arrived and as they stepped into the house they put on protective covers over their boots, a small thing but showed how they went about their business, clean, tidy and efficient. Jamie arrived with the potential problem solving part but unfortunately it wasn't the right one for our model, they weren't to know as I wasn't able to provide the model number and year of manufacture at the time of booking the appointment. Jamie assessed the boiler and found the faulty part that needed replacing, he was able to find stock locally at a supplier and left to go for the part and return within the hour as he said he would. The part was fitted and thoroughly checked functionality of the boiler before leaving. I will be recommending SESKU Gas highly as the service from initial call to appointment attending was dealt with as we all would expect. Very customer focused response. We'd had a couple of recommendations while we were looking for our new boiler and so glad we took the advice of others.From the outset, Jamie and Lisa were really attentive, courteous and informative, and this approach continued at all stages of the work they were undertaking, and apart from the obvious little noise that goes along with work of this kind, we hardly knew they were here, apart from the times when either I needed their advice or updates, which was always willingly and thoroughly conveyed. This company were recommended by a friend,because at the time we were searching for a reliable company to update/repair an elderly & vulnerable Uncle's central heating system.
Jamie attended the same day of me contacting Lisa due to my Uncle being without heating or hot water (Oct).
We were extremely impressed with Jamie's knowledge & how he explained everything to my Uncle.
I had no hesitation in giving them the work and this was justified with the exemplary way the husband & wife team went about their work.
Needless to say,all work carried out within the agreed time scale,with little or no disruption.
