About

I am a Holistic therapist who carries out my work in the privacy of a delightful purpose built cabin at the end of my garden here in Seaford. CLose to all amenities and public transport.

I work only with ladies and focus on 3 treatments I feel are invaluable if they are received on a regular basis.

I'm not a one for therapy and massage as a rule, but am going through a very stressful time at the moment with more worries about my health and have been suffering from headaches constantly for weeks. Have just been to see my lovely friend Angela Winbolt who runs the Serenity cabin in Seaford for an Indian head massage ,what a great treatment highly recommended if anyone would like to try it ,it's very reasonable and a great stress relief.
Angela can be contacted via my friends list. Dave Moss.

Q&As

I love the hands on approach with my work which produces a wonderful feeling of relaxation and renewal for my clients who often arrive stressed and sometimes just basically burnt out from the hectic shedules they try to follow. I really can see a difference from when they arrive to when they leave. The human touch is underestimated I feel, as a healer for many simply to allivate problems we carry around with us.
For most people they do not think about themselves until they are at dropping point and yet a simply entry regularily in their diary as 'me time' would make a tremendous difference.

I had finished raising my family and wanting to learn something new. I am very social and I knew I wanted it to involve working with other people. I went back to city college Brighton for a years instensive course and learnt the full Beauty Therpist's roll but on finishing the course I realised it was the treatments where I used my hands that I found the most rewarding and for my clients. I then decided to learn how to carry out an Indian Head Massage and a Thai Foot Massage to the services I offered and dropped the waxing and painting of nail etc.

I am told I have a natural gift for my work and I can only accept and acknowledge greatfully that this seems to be the case. My clients are left to come to in their own time and savour the tranquilty of the cabin. The only noises we hear externally are the birds and the sounds of the sea as I live very near the beach in Seaford.
