What do you love most about your job?
The most enjoyable part is helping our customers understand what is needed and why. This is important to me as so few of them seem to have been given 'good advice' in the past and thus really don't know how to proceed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be in control of my own life and be able to provide the services to my customers in the way I felt best
Why should our clients choose you?
I have found that the main reason people choose Serendipity Online Marketing is that they know that they are going to get the truth when they ask a question, not just what they want to hear, and that we tell them what we are doing and why.
This is all important as so many SEO professionals keep their clients in the dark....
Another reason is that we set up all the accounts needed, in the customers name so that they 'own' it and the data therein, whilst other companies create them in their own names in order to 'lock the customer in'. We don't like the practice and NEVER do it. This is yet another example of SOM Ltd 'playing a straight bat'.
