I was unfortunate enough to hit rock bottom for the first time in my life in January 2013.

I was numb from head to toe.

Everything was a blur and I could make no sense of anything or rationalise anything properly....I was in a mess.

Luckily for me I was referred to Barbara for CBT.

I have described CBT as a puzzle in a box.

When you first start you are not sure how the puzzle works but as the weeks go on, the puzzle makes sense. You have to work at it.

One year on I cannot believe how Barbara and CBT changed my life.

I NEVER thought I would be "back to normal", let only ever return to work!

I did get through it and I will forever be grateful for my treatment, it got me back on track and enjoying life again. Marcel More...
