Morse security installed an alarm for me several months ago. I found the company to be responsive and professional. My initial enquiry was dealt with promptly, with a survey of my property within a day or so. There was no hard sell, or trying to sell items I wouldn't need, just a professional review of what would best suit my purpose. The installation was carried out within a week of initial contact and was again very professional. Subsequent support has also been very good. For example, through no fault of theirs they were supplied with a faulty battery pack.
