Mark did an excellent job and really helped me out in a bind. I was stuck with a communal lock that wouldn't open from the inside - health and safety nightmare. Mark arrived within 24 hours, assessed and secured it, before arranging for a high quality security lock replacement to be made.Fewer than 24 hours later, on the weekend, he turned up, with new spares, fitted the lock and actually made it the best job it's ever been. Mark was FANTASTIC! I've just moved to the area and he was so helpful from start to finish. i wanted extra security on my bedroom door and he not only explained to me the different types of locks available he was patient when i was making my decisions and then he offered to come back and do any extra work should i need it not only that but he fixed my front door free of charge! ! honestly one of the nicest people who has every done work on any of my properties and i have had a few! trust me you wont be disappointed! I have just had Mark out to replace a cheap and nasty Chubb that had failed. I called him out as I have previously had him to also replace my Yale lock too. He always explains the quality of the locks which are all British made, which I liked and super safe and house insurance approved. He’s efficient, on time and gets on with the job. I highly recommended him as he totally does what’s best for his client, if he can fix the lock he will, rather than ripping out and charging you full whack. He will try and fix things first. If this can’t be solved, he then puts in a sturdy and secure lock.I’m thrilled with both the locks he’s installed and highly recommend his services. I needed two internal locks fitted to bedroom doors and Mark fitted me in at short notice. He explained all of the different options that I had and I suggested that I went with a certain one, I'm glad I listened to his expertise as they work and look great. Fantastic service from Mark. I spoke with him at 7pm about a gate lock and he was there the following morning at 10am fitting a code lock for us. He took the time to explain everything to me really thoroughly and even gave advice about a smart doorbell we are looking into. I damaged my mums front door lock whilst trying to fit a new key cylinder. I initially called Mark for some advice and he was extremely helpful. Luckily Mark had what turned out to be quite a rare lock case on his van and turned up within half an hour to sort out, saving me a night sleeping behind the front door to keep it secure!
