She guided me through the whole process in a very professional and friendly manner. As a result of her hard work I purchased two diamond plans for my wife and myself. She contacted me each step of the way in a very reassuring way as i am not used to using the pc. This was during lockdown because of the coronavirus. I was very satisfied, when I first made the enquires I spoke to a lady called Sophie and told here my requirements and she came up with a plan she sent everything on e -mail on Friday I went over it on the weekend, we spoke again on Tuesday I agreed the plan all paper work cam via e - mail they take payment by Direct Debit in December it was all so easy. Just forms to fill in for my personal requests then all done.
