I have used Searchers to let 3 properties over a period of 5 years. The service has been excellent. My latest property became vacant while i was on holiday and was being Let via another agent. While on holiday i emailed James at Searchers to get the ball rolling on letting the property. The property required various works whch Searchers organised in order to get it to a good standard to let. I’ve used Searchers for the past 10 years in advertising my rental property and sourcing me tenants.
Not once have they let me down. I’ve had tenants move out one day and new ones move in the next.
