I offer Counselling , Personal Development Coaching and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I work with individuals, couples, families, groups and within organisations. I can help with anxiety, depression, anger, sexuality/gender issues, relationships, confidence, self esteem, bereavement/loss, physical/emotional abuse (past and present), communication skills, goal setting and the development of strategies to achieve the goals.
I offer a comfortable, warm and welcoming environment where I will listen and be curious, I will ask questions that will help the client to become more self aware, with that self awareness and understanding comes the opportunity to begin to make the changes that will lead to a happier life.
