The estate agent involved in our purchase was outstanding. He went way beyond the role of his job. We were involved in a purchase that required transatlantic communications, sensitive probate issues, and complex legal negotiations, all against a very tight time schedule. I believe that his ability to mediate and negotiate these complex issues made us realise the importance of having an actual real person to deal with when things get difficult , as they so often do with house purchases.
