My company SD PROPERTY SERVICES covers a wide range of trades and DIY services. We have been a fully established company for the last 5 years and part time for the 5 years previous.
Me and my team are qualified in everything from painting and decorating to fencing and decking erection. We also provide all handyman and DIY services our customers require.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve always wanted to work for myself. After going on courses over a period of 6 years I started my own business.

Fencing and decking
All fencing is made to measure. With all styles available. Choose height and finish to what you desire.
Tiling and grouting
Fully qualified. All aspects of tiling undertaken. Full/part room tiling, wetrooms, re grouting and tile repairs/replacing.
Painting and decorating
Fully qualified painter and decorator. Wallpapering, Interior and exterior painting undertaken. All colours and finishes available.
