Sam Denty's new Kettle Bell Class is Amazing! I've been "belling" elsewhere for sometime now , but can honestly say that SAMs class on a Tuesday night at Paringdon 8pm is my new fave!
Sam is all about correct technique and pushing yourself, and with his help I've managed to "up my weight" (the kettle bell not my body weight - that's going down!) and I leave the class exhausted but buzzing! LOVE the class Sam, please do another evening too !

I was first recommended to Sam a couple of years ago and got more out of my first block of sessions than I had on attending the gym on my own for the previous 6 months! Sam's sessions are very challenging, yet always fun and interesting. I always come away with a huge sense of achievement. Sam is a fantastic personal trainer, I couldn't recommend him enough. After only a few weeks I really started to notice the difference his training was making in comparison to me training on my own. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I use a combination of traditional and modern training techniques to achieve my clients goals.
Functional Training is a big part of how many of my clients have seen results. I am a big believer in getting the body moving the way it was designed to.
We use battle ropes, swiss balls, bosu's, viprs, kettlebells, free weights, tornado balls, powerbags, medicine balls, megabands , steps, tyre's and many other training tools to make the sessions as fun and effective as possible.
I also teach Boxing and Kickboxing with many of my cleints.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret! Just hard work, dedication and a willingness to make a change :).

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people make changes in their life Physiologically and Psychologically. Seeing people get results is the most satisfying part of job. When you have been on a journey with a client
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am very self driven individual and I wanted to offer my own brand of Personal Training so i can offer my own unique perspective on what health and fitness is all about.

I am extremely dedicated, honest and reliable. I will always put the clients needs first. I will do everything in which my knowledge and expertise of the fitness industry allows me to get my clients results. I will not only get my clients the results they need but will make sure they are having fun throughout the journey.
