I am a 50 year old women, who thought she was fit - when Sheldon took my body composition measurements I was shocked. A month later, the results are astounding. He is funny and knowledgeable and remembers everything you tell him. The sessions are hard but only 45 mins, so manageable. I would recommend everyone to try his training. More...

When I had my first taster session with Sheldon, I knew within 10 minutes that it was going to be hard work if I decided to do a course with him, but I also knew that I would get results. Within four weeks I had already felt so much better about myself and how I looked, ready to go to Ibiza (my initial reason for training)! I never had a terrible figure in my eyes but knew I needed to get fitter and also wanted to get more toned. I think this is harder to achieve to a certain extent but Sheldon had no problem in getting me to achieve some amazing results which even I didn’t think I would get to that quickly. I am now just going into my fourth course of training sessions with Sheldon and I’m still loving my PT sessions each time! Every time I come in, no two lessons are the same and I never feel like I am doing a boring gym session even though sometimes I might moan, Sheldon always makes me laugh and have fun while getting fit at the same time! I have been training with Sheldon with my friend for a month, he always pushes us and doesn't let us give up. It's hard but Sheldon is very positive and makes us work harder! He makes every session different, he gives us that extra push when I would've normally given up! I didn't think we could even get through one session but now I can't wait for the next. I absolutely hate the gym and everything about it (I am sure that it is hard to tell with my delightful demeanor). However, I decided I wanted to get back into shape and the gym was a necessary evil. I booked my taster session with Sheldon and was quite skeptical. I was mostly expecting to see your typical meathead who would probably judge me for my inability to do 10 push ups without getting winded. I was pleasantly surprised. Sheldon made it clear that he was there to help me and we would be working towards the results that I want to see. I booked my full sessions the next day. While I may still hate the gym, I do love the results that I am seeing. Sheldon is a good person and a great trainer who makes me push myself and makes the trainings - dare I say - fun. I’ve always found the gym boring but hated by body, I was recommended to try Sheldon and he is literally changing my life. He’s passionate, inspirational, encouraging and always comes up with new things for me to do. He pushes hard but in a way that you forget how hard he’s training you... I never thought I would look forward to working out. He really cares and offers much more than anyone else and the training and support doesn’t stop when your session does. Sheldon offers an excellent balance of tough, and compassionate - pushing me to the point where I think I’m going to break, but towing the line before I do. I always leave his sessions pumped and looking forward to the next one. Finding a trainer that can truly support you and help you get results can be difficult. I’ve had lots of trainers in the past and over time I would just lose interest but with Sheldon he has an ability to keep you motivated and interested with a great programme and eating plan. I’ve never been that interested in fitness and always saw it as a chore, but since training with Sheldon this has changed. It’s been 9 months and when I have a week off I actually miss it! I have tonned and strengthened, lost body fat, improved my health, eat cleaner and my body shape has changed for the better. I’m amazed by the results in this time and how fast they happened.Every session is something new and ever evolving to keep challenging my fitness but keeping it fun! I’ve been training with Sheldon for the last two years. I have never been particularly good at committing to anything long term or even short term but Sheldon’s persistence and the benefits of his sessions have kept me focused and motivated. Sheldon from Sculpt personal training has renewed my enjoyment of exercise and fitness. Sessions are a lot of hard work, sometimes frustrating, always challenging but most importantly so much fun. I have experienced a few personal trainers over the years and Sheldon is by far the best. The sessions are hard but fun and you get results. You definitely won’t get bored of the same routine! He is encouraging and motivating. Sheldon caters for all age groups. I am safely over the age of 40 however, he is now training my two teenage sons and they too, have become Sheldon fans. Their fitness and strength is improving in preparation for the rugby season. So if you’re looking for a highly experienced and motivating PT then definitely give Sheldon a go. More...

I have cystic fibrosis and was fundraising for the C.F. Trust by doing 4 triathlons and Sheldon was brilliant at working on the training methods that suited me and pushing to go further and achieve more to get me ready.

Training with Sheldon means results. Always committed to his clients, he seeks new and exciting methods that only make training more inspiring.
With his fun, educational approach to training, he makes you feel like you can do anything if you put your mind to it and you can laugh over the pain. In one month , dropping 7% body fat was something I thought would take forever but with Sheldon's plan and his professional guidance , i can finally work to a programme that's for me. Q&As

It's simple, not rocket science. We change our clients' perception of exercise from something they feel they HAVE to do to something they WANT to do. And how do we do this? By getting them short term wins to keep them going whether it be a 1% drop in body fat or an increase in muscle mass. This along with constant progress monitoring including body composition testing, easy to follow eating plans designed by our sister company, The Nutrition Spa, and ensuring that each session is more enjoyable than the last. This has our clients coming back for more. The more fun they have, the harder they work and the harder they work, the more the results they not only want, but deserve are delivered.

The answer to this question is so simple you might kick yourself when I tell you. Consistency....Yes, consistency. Without consistent training or consistent healthy eating, all other training goals are irrelevant. If you're not training consistently, you won't achieve your goals. Same with eating. The other simple secret is to make sure you know what "The body of your dreams" actually looks like. Have clear definitive goals to ensure that when you reach your "Dream Body", you realise what an amazing achievement you have made.

It might be a bit of a cliché, but it's meeting new and interesting people. I also have a great client base. I train lawyers, actors, doctors, carers, professional athletes and many more and each day "at the office" is different. The diversity of my job and the people I interact with on a daily basis is what I love most about my job. Helping people overcome so much to achieve so much more is a BIG added bonus.

In 2009, with a sales team of 10 Key Account Managers, I was set a new business target for the year of £9.2Million for me and my team. By quarter one of 2009, I had signed up £9.8Million on my own and it occurred to me that if I could make £10Million pound for a company, I was pretty sure I could make myself at the very least £1Million. Also, my son was born in 2008 and with my job, I was out of the country 3 to 4 weeks at a time and was missing my little boy growing up. With these two very big motivating factors I decided to go it on my own and have been a successful self employed personal trainer since 2010.

I will be very honest. I am not the best personal trainer in the world. Not by a long shot. There are plenty of personal trainers out there that are more qualified than I am. Of that there is no doubt, but when it comes to delivering the results my clients want, but not only that, ensuring they enjoy every minute they spend with me whilst being challenged mentally and physically, well, that is a whole different story. When it comes to this, there is NO personal trainer that comes close. I love what I do, I enjoy spending time with the people I do it with and the joy and excitement that my clients experience when they achieve their goals, and they do achieve their goals, there is no personal trainer better than me to get you the goals you want in the shortest possible time whilst delivering the most fun with every session. Our Fat Loss sessions are designed with one thing in mind. Burn the fat, not the muscle. With a combination of explosive exercises, core work and big compound movements, the workouts are as big as our personality. Included is the fun factor that makes you want to come back again and again.

Whether it to get in shape for the beach, a big day or just for personal pride, this session is designed to cut away the fat and build lean muscle. Using a combination of HiiT training and Weighted work, we design the workout to challenge your body a little bit more than the time before.

Legs are your secret weapon when it comes to training. The bigger the movement, the bigger the positive results. Our version of the LBT program incorporates big compound movements such as squats, deadlifts and cleans and along with our dynamic dual core approach and our Glute Isolation Training Approach (GITA) we ensure that it truly is a Legs, Bums and Tums workout.

This is our all in one training programs. Whether you want to lose fat, tone up, get stronger or simply build lean muscle, Kettlebells and TRX suspension training is the ultimate way to get the body you want. It's challenging, different and you will most definitely find muscle you didn't know you had.

Unlike conventional pad work training, we focus on real fighting techniques and marry this with the cardio workout of a pad work session. You learn and you burn. A great workout that literally packs a punch.

This is where we get serious. Incorporating all aspects of fitness from cardio to pure power, our MMA Conditioning sessions don't burn fat, they obliterate it. From Kettlebells to power bags and grappling, these workouts will push your body way beyond its limits and make you realise how awesome training can truly be.
