DONT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!!! SCAM ARTISTS!!!! Friend paid this company every month for 3yrs for boiler cover. Now when she needs to avail of their service she is told they won't cover the £500 repair cost which has now left herself and her 6yr old with no hot water and heating in this weather. Disappointing! Another day without hot water and without heat even after we spent 250 on an expansion vessel replacement last Friday. We put a call in yesterday (no heat and no hot water) so tech came out today to fix a 'loose connection' only to be back to no heat and no hot water less than 4 hours later. We put another call in today, before 5pm, only to be told again, we will come out tomorrow. I wonder how much of an urgency you would have to fix this if it was your house? More...
