I'm one of the directors of Garfield Court and think S R Wood & Son are doing a great job in managing the property. Regarding some comments below, to clarify, we have no chairman at Garfield Court, Rupert Nixon is certainly not acting in such a capacity. S R Wood & Son are appointed by the directors of Garfield Court to manage the property and again, we find they do a very professional job indeed. All decision making on major expenditure are taken by the directors and the accounts approved annually. All monies are held in a dedicated bank account for Garfield Court. Nothing is too much for Stephen Wood. Whilst selling my property for me he has been very courteous and punctual.
