Services

Your Life Coaching journey is all about your life, understanding what you want from it, and getting to where you want to be. Gaining understanding and clarity can be the key to moving forwards.
Working together, we will set goals, create a plan and identify simple but effective steps towards getting to where you really want to be in life.

This is a completely natural and safe process, not to mention very relaxing. It involves bypassing the conscious part of the mind and directly addressing the subconscious – making us more responsive to positive suggestions. This puts us in a position to make lasting and beneficial changes to our behaviour and self-image, as well as our emotional and physical well-being.

Work can play an important part in our lives, and have a profound impact on our health, wellbeing, relationships and mental health.
Through working collaboratively, we will identify where you really want to be and what you wish to achieve. We will then put practical steps in place to achieve these goals. Moving forwards we will review and assess these goals and make changes where necessary – always making sure that the end goal feels right for you and your individual circumstances.

My approach to Counselling is Integrative, combining Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and CBT techniques. I respect that no two people are the same, nor have they experienced the same things in the same way. As such I will always focus on your individual circumstances and dedicate time to allowing you to explore your own feelings and reactions, whatever these may be.

Whatever your own circumstances; whether you have experienced trauma or loss, have unresolved feelings from your past, or are suffering from anxiety, depression or low self-esteem, I would like to help you to address this.
