This isn't the first mortgage I have applied for so I'm able to write this review from a position of being able to compare with other experiences I have had. Richard was excellent and I'm so glad we chose him. The whole process of applying for a mortgage can be quite stressful but it genuinely wasn't in this instance. Richard kept us up to date every step of the way so we didn't have to chase him to find out what was happening. That has been my experience with other brokers and it makes such a difference. He was optimistic and confident he could get us the best mortgage available, and he did. I felt like he knew what he was doing and would take care of it for us. Highly recommended. More...

He took the time needed to explain everything we needed, really listened to us and gave solid honest guidance over the options.
