It was strange how every other broker that I spoke to seemed to say to me how my mortgage would never go through. I had honestly given up hope, until I met Steve. From our first interaction on day one I didn’t know whether he was going to succeed however his positivity and ability to remain calm about my situation filled me us with immense confidence. His demeanour and skill throughout the whole process was something I can never forget and here we are in 4 days time about to complete on our property. Our mortgage process was not simple, there were many ups and downs and Steve always knew how we felt, sometimes we would get frustrated at the situation but Steve would always be at the end of the phone to answer our queries any time of the day always willing to go the extra mile to get things done. Eventually we got through and made it through the end, and I can honestly say I will never use a different broker. I can’t recommend you enough Steve and I will refer you to everybody I know that is getting a property. The best thing about there company was that they give back to the community. Steve has just been amazing.I had a complicated mortgage situation that no bank or building society would deal with directly as it wouldn't easily compute through their systems. Before I went to Steve I'd been through multiple other brokers, most of whom gave up at the first complication or who didn't seem to 'get' my particular setup and needs and pursued pointless avenues. Most brokers stopped communicating with me when it was clear mine wasn’t a straightforward gig and that a fair amount of effort would be required. Steve was patient, understanding, and always considered in his advice to me and always positive that I would secure a mortgage – whilst I had all but given up hope of doing so. We needed a particularly flexible mortgage as we had indefinite plans regarding extending our current property, or possibly moving house. Steve was able to find a very financially efficient solution that suited our needs perfectly. Steve and David have helped us to find a new mortgage deal as our old one was coming to an end. They did a fantastic job, giving us three options which were explained in a way we could make important decisions about what our future plans may hold regarding moving house or completing a loft conversion in the near future. We have been working with Steve for the last few months as he and his team have been trying to obtain a mortgage for us. We were trying to upsize our property quite considerably in size, therefore meaning that we required a much higher loan value. As myself and my husband run a Business together which we corporated less than 2 years ago, we only had one year of full accounts... This obviously made us quite a difficult case. Yesterday, after a lot of hard work from Steve (going back and forth with our Accountant and Lender), we got the confirmation that (valuation permitting), we have our mortgage!!
