I'm in my late seventies and suffer from a great deal of pain - back, knees, toes, hands and wrists. My hands in particular (I think the condition is called carpel tunnel) have been keeping me awake at night, and during the day they feel cold and send jolting pains into my fingers and palms at random moments.
One session with Rosemary has given me far more than I expected. Her consultation afforded me astonshingly swift relief and once home, I follow her tapping exercises carefully. The pain in my hands has reduced considerably in just a couple of days. I also find the tapping is oddly comforting. This morning's bonus was that my ingrowing toenail started to throb viciously (I hadn't even mentioned this to Rosemary) and I started the gamut tappping, saying out loud, almost jokingly, 'Bugger off!' I didn't expect anything to happen but the pain left me in less than ten seconds. I still have a great deal to learn, but Rosemary has given me an arsenal of magic bullets.
