We used Rose and Rose for conveyancing and I have to say that under difficult circumstances with people on the lenders side that Rose and Rose done what they could to help. We dealt with Antonia Smith-Buckle and to Antonia's credit she made herself available to us as and when we needed her. Antonia took reasonable care to ensure that our frustrations where taken forward and I felt that she was completely on our side every step of the way. Please please I would 100% definitely not recommend them. We had the unfortunate expereince of having Nikhil Amin act as our solicitor when trying to buy two properties.

Our experience with them was extremely unprofessional and they did not communicate at all with us when time was extremely of the essence. They ruined a big deal for us and now we’ve lost it for ever. I strongly feel if we went with another solicitor we would have gotten the deal and now we are extremely upset. I don’t usually write reviews but this was so bad I had to warn others. More...

I can't recommend Nik Amin enough on house conveyancing - both sales and purchases. He has acted for members of my extended family on 4 house purchases and sales now, and every time has been incredibly efficient. He is responsive, quick, and direct in communications, with no time wasting. He managed an emotionally challenging sale with a difficult freeholder, AND subsequently a legally challenging sale with great understanding, with the second he recommended an innovative approach which allowed the sale to proceed prior to probate being granted. The estate agents on the two latest transactions have been seriously impressed by how good he is, with one of them saying to me 'I wish the buyer could just speak to your solicitor directly as he's so much better than her own'.
