Rooms4U are deeply unprofessional. They never solve any maintenance issues and just mark them as resolved without even coming to look. Absolutely fab, hence why I am choosing to stay with them for my third year of uni. The flats all well kept and refurbished regularly (i. e. repainted, new sofas..) which I believe is important when letting out student accommodation, as some are less looked after than others. On top of that, if I have a problem with something, the office is so easy to reach and maintenance is sent out almost straight away (that afternoon or the next day). Everyone is so friendly, from the ladies in the office to the maintenance and the cleaners. Would honestly recommend 100%, and a big thanks to Karl and Jan for always helping us, despite how needy we are sometimes. More...
