We have just used Rock Counter for my third project and everything went as planned. Marcie was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us make stone selections for our flips and now our own home. Simple and easy. I live very close to Rock Counter, drive past it all the time. After getting a quote from HD for counters, decided to stop in one day just to check it out - so glad I did. Was in and out with the help of Alex. I already had an idea of the look I was going for, and had my kitchen drawing with me. Process was very straightforward and not only was price about 30% less than HD, the timeline to install was much quicker as well. We were referred to Rock Counter by a friend and we are so grateful. Our small kitchen needed a complete renovation, but cabinet quotes from big box stores were outrageously priced and kept resulting in an awkward configuration with limited space for our new appliances. Julia at Rock Counter figured out a perfect configuration that both fit our appliances and actually added storage space. Plus she did so at a price that was more than reasonable. We can't say enough good about Marcie Allison and the folks at Rock Counter Kitchen & Bath in Chicago. Â Marcie spent countless hours with us trying to create our perfect kitchen. Â She created and offered a variety of options, communicated quickly, made more revisions than she can probably count (sorry!), refreshed our memories when we got stuck on something, helped work thru some difficult issues we were facing on the project and still managed to keep a sense of humor and let us feel like we could still contact her at any time. Â Our cabinets and hardware are beautiful and she made sure she did all she could to keep them affordable and within the budget we had set for ourselves. Truly, I cannot say enough good things about Rock Counter and Julia Trinh, in particular. I had already selected cabinets at another shop, but stopped in to look at counter top selections and ended up changing my entire cabinet order because of the pricing and quality Rock offered. Julia looked at my existing plans and was able to point out several design flaws that I missed and designed a better kitchen with a bigger sink when I was told that wasn't possible. The customer service from walking in to design to after install is completely unsurpassed. I was truly impressed with the communication, even if they didn't have an answer, I always knew what was going on. I highly, highly recommend working with Julia and will recommend her to all my family, friends and clients. I'm beyond thrilled with my cabinets, not just in my kitchen but bathroom too. I can't say enough good things about this place. The salespeople, Karim and Meredith, were so helpful. Karim was so patient with my numerous changes and questions. I had been to 3 other granite stores before this and Rock Counters prices on granite were much more affordable than any of the others. If I had to guess, I would say around 30% to 40% less. walked into their show room in Schererville, Indiana about 2 1/2 weeks ago, looking for cabinets and counters. Today the guys just finished installing the counters and I am overall very pleased with company. I received quotes from 5 other places (Home Depot, Menards, Lowes, Hobo and one other place I can't remember the name of) and Rock Counter came in considerably lower than any other quotes. When I received my cabinets, they were beautiful and looked so much nicer than some of the ones I saw at other places. The staff was very helpful and patience with me.
