What do you love most about your job?
Helping others to see opportunities where they maybe had been hitting a blank previously - I love watching the 'light go on' when a new way of approaching a business issue or people problem dawns on my clients.
Helping business owners to start using systems and data to drive better and more predictable decision making which in turn delivers much improved results over time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having been part of bigger machines over the years and watched and learn on my way here, I implemented my business improvement processes in a number of start up size companies and proved that it works! With the engagement of a strong business leader (you), I can replicate this across many more businesses simultaneously rather than spending my full time efforts on just one client - so I started out on my own!
