Had to wait for over 20 minutes then was over charged by more than double the rate - £15 for a 1.3 mile journey. When I called two days later to enquire about cost for the same journey I was quoted £7. On return I used a nationwide taxi App and they only charged £5.18, arrived within 5 minutes and was polite and curtious. When I called Ritz Cars to complain the owner was abusive and even threated me over the telephone if I wrote a bad review. I do not recommend. More...
