Absolutely wonderful hotel run by a wonderful family. VIP treatment and clean, comfortable, quiet surroundings in the best location in Blackpool! You will not be disappointed! We would like to thank the wonderful couple and their daughter who run this place after paying a deposit and turning up to another hotel that was booked months prior and was a hovel we were left with no where to stay after asking here they welcomed us all with open arms. ... now our review of this wonderful place they are friendly helpful and down to earth the rooms where just stunning beds where so comfortable and bedding soft clean and smelt beautiful towels soft and breakfast was to die for and considering they were en suite the showers were amazing,all in all a wonderful place and we will Def be returning and recommending to our friends xx More...

Me and my friends stayed there for one night this week. We received a warm welcome and very friendly service. As we were a group we were needed two rooms and they actually have a massive room for 5 people which was good for us or it could be a big family room too. And we also had a smaller room. Both on the top floor. So private:)
I am a very fussy person who analyse everything and I can tell the place was clean.
They run a beauty treatment salon as well with a very decent prices - and 10% off if you stay in the b&b.
The bar area has a small pool table, tv and also x box (or one of this thing to play with).
Our english breakfast was very tasty and big portion.
I can really recommend the place if you need to stay somewhere in Blackpool. It's located very close to the city centre. More...

Lovely family run b&b with extremely polite hosts. Breakfast is amazing and so filling it set us up for the whole day. Our room was nice and clean. Small hotel with friendly helpful staff. Comfortable beds and reasonable quality of bedroom. Very accommodating for 3 adults and a child. Easy to find and close to the beach. Tram stop at the bottom of the street will get you to the main attractions in a few minutes. Breakfast is booked the day before. If you are driving there then on street parking is advertised but the street is extremely busy with parked cars. I would advise that you contact the hotel as they can also arrange off street parking. What a find... this place excelled from the beginning. ||Clear and concise communication regarding the booking. ||Then on arrival we were overjoyed by the location. Merely 2 mins walk and you are on the sea front. There is a tram stop at the end of the road and a 10-15 minute walk and you can be at either the central or south pier. Ideally situated for exploring the town. ||The room was very spacious. We have ample beds, they even provided us with a cot bed. There was tea and coffee making facilities and the ensuite bathroom was ideal for our needs. ||Breakfast was cooked to order and of high quality. Cereals and juice are available before they bring you the full English and toast or pancakes. Coffee and tea a plenty. ||Recently there was the addition of a bar which is small but serves its purpose. There is also a pool table and some games and toys for the kids. ||For those wanting to add some relaxation they also offer some beauty treatments and massages. At very reasonable prices. We didnt sample this but happily will when back. ||Mishi and olga are great hosts and your hapiness is their priority. They really care about their guests. ||Overall a great place to stay. We stayed here for one night last Friday in August 2018 was a lovely stay with our daughters (5&6) the room was very clean and comfortable (room 2) we stayed at a different b&b the Fri day before and was a hell hole . .. the room had lovely fresh clean bedding and towels, a working telly, a hot shower, clean carpets and curtains, enough storage space, brewing up gear, soap and shampoo and the breakfast was beautiful they couldn't do enough for us and our girls plenty of choice for cereals kids had option of pancakes or fry up defiantly would stay again in fact I will always chose as first option ...
