I hired a marquee for my daughters 16th. Matt was fantastic from start to finish from comin round to see my garden and recommending the best marquee to have.
Himself and simon were so friendly and very efficient on the day of set up, even comin that night with a new set of lights and smoke machine. The party went really well and everyone commented on how nice the marquee was. The lights were amazing and my daughter had a 16th birthday she will never forget all thanks to matt and simon.
I will def be using again for my youngest daughters birthday next year.

Well what can I say, all of the planning from start to finish was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for Matt and Pamela. The marquee was full equipped with lights, dance floor, smoke machine, dj booth, with the ability to hire a few added extras, like tables and chairs. Matt did a site visit before parting with any money to ensure it would all work, which was great to make sure all would run smoothly. Volvo Truck & Bus Croydon would like to thank Matt & Pamela for going out of their way to help make our Xmas party one to remember, they helped me turn part of our workshop space into a Winter Wonderland, I had quite a few staff complain about our work Xmas do being “a tent in the workshop” well I can happily say that we proved them wrong and in fact most of them apologised and there was tons of praise at how good the set up & marquee was.

I had quite a few ideas that I wanted and tweaked things from start to finish, nothing was a struggle for Matt & Pamela, I had a few additional things I needed help with and again they helped me with that without any issues or complaints.

I was completely loosing my mind trying to arrange my work Christmas party before I emailed you after seeing a post on Facebook, it was getting really late to book elsewhere but you come to meet me to discuss the options and ideas straight away and I am so pleased that we pulled it off.

I used some of their giant numbers for a landmark family birthday last night, and they were a massive hit.
The birthday girl loved them, the guests at her party loved them and even the DJ made a comment about how excellent they were.

Matt who I booked the lights with was a great help, even when I sent him a million and one emails with endless questions.

Pick up and drop off were organised with plenty of time for set up and next morning lay in!

We had booked a marquee for a private function last October, from first contact, advise, communication pre-event and throughout, arrival, setup, support and after sales, pricing; put simply, there is no-one doing what they do in quite the same way.

We had what could have been a show-stopping incident when the garden wall collapsed taking out one of the uprights and several junctions on the marquee, along with damaging the frontage and carpet underlay. Calling Matt out of hours, he reacted immediately and was on site effecting the repairs within the hour, with no fuss or drama, and even offered us the option to pay for these repairs in instalments. We are so sad to have received our first non 5★review in 3 years of bringing party tents to back gardens across London and the South East. Storm Dylan dealt us a devastating blow just in time for New Years Eve 2017 and we were forced to take the extremely difficult decision and inform some of our customers that we would be unable to install the marquees that their parties were going to centre around due to our concerns for the safety and wellbeing of party goers and property. We take our professional and social responsibility to ensure as best that we can, that no harm comes to anyone hiring or participating in the hiring of one of our marquees very seriously. We would like to thank our customers who have been so understanding in the face of their own disappointment that that act was for their personal safety and the safety for their friends and family being paramount to us. We hope that when anger subsides, the realness of the risk of potentially serious injury when exposing marquees to consistent and sustained gusts in excess of 45mph will show itself. With integrity, we stand against the backlash of those decisions, the negative reviews and we feel your upset. For this we can forgive ourselves, for the alternative we would never have been able to.

From start to finish, dealing with Matt (and Pamela) was an absolute joy and a masterclass in professionalism. Even before I confirmed my booking, Matt brought some equipment over to solve a problem of tall bi fold doors, ensuring installation and dismantling of my marquee, went well. The marquee and party package with disco lights, dj booth, complete with smoke machine, were an absolute hit for my party. The marquee was absolutely awesome and my friends loved it. I used this for my 18th birthday and recommend it to all my friends and family if they're looking a cute venue to add their own touch and decorations too. Matt was very easy to talk to and was always available for communication and questions. The lighting and speakers were amazing, I also ordered the fog machine and I couldn't believe how well it transformed the marquee, the speakers were easy to use so I was able to play my music and change phones easily. I was worried that the weather would be an issue but the heaters kept everyone warm and there were zero complaints. I would recommend this marquee to everyone, worth the money and they work quickly and efficiently and made it a memorable and amazing party.
