Personal Trainers

Up to the beginning of the year I was in active and unfit after various health issues I have had. I decided to ask a personal trainer to help me to get back into shape. Though bark I found Retro-Fit (Shaz). Shaz was from day 1 enthusiastic and encouraging and worked out a suitable routine for me taking in to count my disabilities. I strongly recommend Shaz to anyone who would like to improve their fitness. All my health professionals I see run tests on me and have told me my results have improved since I have been seeing Shaz. Find out each clients likes and dislikes regarding exercise.
Make each fitness goal realistic , flexible and achievable .
Incorporate plenty of variation to minimise boredom and keep client motivated.

Again, the dream body can be achieved by looking at lifestyle changes over a realistic period of time.
Dedication towards a better health ; commitment towards a well balenced diet including all food groups; along with regular exercise each day/ 3 times a week ... ..a dream body can be achieved!

Motivating people towards their goal .
To see clients not only getting slimmer ... But stronger, healthier and happier!!

I also work in a busy NHS hospital .. I see far too many patients with weight issues,cardiac problems , diabetes and arthritis ...which could be prevented, delayed with correct diet and regular exercise.

Thus , it is better to prevent the above medical conditions occurring rather than waiting too late and thus resulting in treatment or at worst ...surgery!!

I have extensive knowledge of the human body and I have qualifications that allow me to work with those clients that have mild to moderate medical conditions.
I am also first aid trained.
I am a freelance PT with qualifications for olderadult; ante/post natal and Boxercise.
Plus , I treat exercise as fun thing rather than a chore ... Thus we should have plenty of laughs before,during and after????
