I am a qualified Counsellor & Psychotherapist and a Registered Member of BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy. I have an enhanced DBS check. Therapy is provided either at Bourne House in Carlisle or therapy rooms nr Penrith.
I also deliver wellbeing workshops at Bourne House, Carlisle and holistic wellbeing sessions at Crofton Studios near Thursby, Carlisle.
I deliver wellbeing workshops UK wide to business on their premises.
