Such an amazing company and lovely staff!Our landlord was selling their property and was looking for a quick sale which unfortunately for us meant we needed somewhere fast. A friend recommended Rent Residential to us and thank god they did!They were a life saver!They managed to find us an ideal home that was perfect for us in such a short time and we will be forever grateful for them!We are looking to stay with them for a long time as they are so friendly and whenever there is a problem (maintenance wise) they are quick to respond and ensure the work is completed asap.We do not have one bad thing to say about them!We would just like to thank you for all your help! Such wonderful and friendly staff here! I first contacted them enquiring about a house I had seen on the internet on Kingswood. The woman I spoke to on the phone was lovely and very helpful when trying to squeeze me in for a last minute viewing. When attending the viewing the man who showed me and my husband round was really nice and was able to answer any questions We had about the house (the house was lovely by the way). We decided to proceed with applying for the property and throughout the entire application and moving in process the staff was amazing and really helpful along the way to help us move into our new home! Rent Residential manage a few properties for me and my wife and they are a god send! I can rely on them to deal with instructing maintenance repairs and general inspections - it makes it less stressful for me and my wife since we are both retired because we know that our properties are being well looked after!
