Emma and the girls have always made me feel so comfortable and well looked after at Renew. I honestly wouldn't go to any other salon now! Best in Northampton by far!

This place is amazing. I have my nails done here every 2-3 weeks and have done since I found them last year. If you haven't been here yet then you truly are missing out on the best salon in Northampton by far.

Absolutely love this salon and Emma is lovely. I booked an appointment for a wax last year with Renew as it was nicely located at the bottom of my street (opposite Saints ground). Having left things until the last minute, I was overjoyed that Emma got me in extremely quickly before I went off on holiday that same week. I wasn't sure what to expect, but as long as it was clean and hygienic and the service was ok I wasn't too bothered. On arrival I was impressed with how lovely the salon looked, and was greeted immediately by Emma at the desk. She is so nice and bubbly and really makes you feel at ease. Other salons I have been to in northampton for waxing/tinting etc have been such a let down - scruffy, dirty looking, poor customer care, and poor cross infection standards. Even the more expensive chain companies have you in and out in a flash with no personal touch to your treatment. Emma goes the extra mile by personally emailing her clients on a regular basis, with updates, promotions and general loveliness really!
Now on to the treatment....I can hand on heart say that the method of waxing Emma uses is the least painful I have ever experienced. I had a Brazilian wax done, and Emma does it with a type of wax that sort of sets on the skin in a kind of film and that's what takes the hair out rather than the method I'm more used, which makes use of a waxing strip/paper. I also felt like Emma did the wax in smaller sections at a time, rather than painting the whole of your sensitive girly bits in hot wax, then and ripping off the wax in one big go like most other places I have been. I would really recommend Renew as it ticks all the boxes for me, and a the go-to place for bikini waxing. Xx More...

My experience at renew nails and beauty was amazing , I got acrylics done for my holiday to Spain and had my eyebrows waxed. I really didn't think my nails would last the whole holiday but they did so I was happy and really impressed by that and also my mum got some gels done and hers lasted the whole holiday. As a middle aged chap with a somewhat hairy back (though strangely thinning on top as the body matting appears to get thicker) I have been shaving said back for a few years now. However, the stubble can be unpleasant and also as I can't see my back I miss parts all the time.

I'd heard about this new fangled thing called waxing but due to the aforementioned middle age, along with a general sense of being uncomfortable getting my top off in front of strangers as I don't exactly have a Tom Daley physique, I'd not really gone down that path. However, with a holiday approaching I thought I'd take the plunge and found this lovely salon.

I popped in to enquire and the staff there were lovely. I booked an appointment and the staff were lovely, keeping in contact just enough to remind me without feeling pestered. I visited, was made to feel immediately comfortable and while I can't say having hair ripped from my body was a particularly pleasant experience, the environment and the conversation was enough that the time passed quickly and it was nowhere near as painful as I feared.

Better, the hair took longer to grow back and was finer. I will now be revisiting on a regular basis. More...

Treated myself to a nail polish at this salon and I can honestly say it was one of the best I`ve had. My beautician was friendly and gave me helpful advice when choosing a shade of polish. Application was excellent and I was very happy with the finished result. Even more satisfying was the fact that it lasted as good as new for a few weeks. Renew nails and beauty is such a friendly,warming, welcoming nail sailon, you are welcomed from the moment you step through the door, and Emma the owner is so lovely she's just amazing. I would highly recommend the salon to any of my friends and family 100%.

Emma also reashawed me the first time I got my nails and eyebrows done etc, she also gave me really good info about the treatments I wanted too.

I would not go anywhere else other than her if I'm honest, she's great.

There are not enough stars to quantify the amazing experience I have each time I visit Emma at Renew. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the service is bar none, the best I've had in a UK salon (I'm from NY) and she goes above and beyond to make her customers happy, for example: hot tea/coffee, listening to me have a good moan and even going into her supply cupboard to track down the shade of paint she used to design the place! To be honest, since moving to Milton Keynes I definitely feel the lack of this 5* experience and I will have to make the train journey to see her because it's just so worth it. More...
