Terrible experience with these company. Took them about 4 hours to do a job of 2. Yet to put my washing machine in the right place claiming narrow stairs, I had to hire another movers to do that. Now awaiting them to come and fix the dining table he took apart and connect my washing machine. You must be mistaking me for another person, which boxes were more than 40 kilos? I didn’t have any boxes packed. Please stop lying, you did not give any discounts, your team left before my time was up, I can post my last message to you on that day about how they won’t meet up with time. Next time, get fit staffs to do the job! Who takes 5 hours to moves furnitures from Ramsgate to Cliftonville?? The space is narrow but it took less than 10 minutes for another team to get it down?? If your staff is not going to come fix my table, then how can I get my bolts? More...

This was a terrible removal. They didn't start till 11am, even though they originally said 10am. I was moving from a small 1 bedroom bungalow and they still had to do 2 trips where they weren't capable of fitting it into their large Luton van properly. My husband used to do this for a living so knows this could have been done in one trip.They said that it costs an extra £80 if it goes over the 4 hour time slot but during their first trip they stopped off for food and petrol, delaying our move even more. They were extremely careless when packing up the van, causing damage to some of our furniture. I was offered £200 cash by one of the removal men because they didn't want us to complain which I think is unprofessional. I've complained about the damage and after a week still haven't heard anything back, with my emails bouncing back from the email address I was given. They left a glass topping from my dressing table on their van, which they returned but didn't knock on the door and just left the piece of glass leaning against our house during bad weather which could have easily smashed if we hadn't have seen them walking up to the house. Booked a month earlier. When I arrived in Broadstairs after a four hour journey one of the removal men refused to empty the van after I paid him the money. One started to help. After 30mins he had to leave because of the other person so Was left on a Saturday evening with a van full of boxes but no help. I feel this was unacceptable. Got 50% if money back but a single lady and a van full of her possessions four floors away from the apartment was not a good start to a new life. Sorry to say that would never use again. More...
