Faultless. Without doubt the only EOT cleaning company I would ever dream of using. The customer service is incredible, the cleaning is also fantastic and I would trust Remora Cleaning with anything. The team respond to emails and calls almost instantly and they are professional, polite and warm. The service feels very personal, especially while speaking to the admin staff on the phone. In addition the owner Edward is almost always available to speak to if I would like to speak to him, only occasionally I do and he will normally call back within the hour even if he is abroad.
