Paul got me in very quickly late on a Friday afternoon. I’ve had lower back pains for years due to my occupation as a floor layer. I found Paul as I was visiting Scarborough for a long weekend. He is very conveniently situated centrally walkable from top of town. I had pain in my shoulder which was restricting movement and knew I was tight and needed some treatment. Paul was very relaxed and made me welcome and comfortable. He was thorough in his attention to detail and hit the spot very well. Using his skills he was able to identify muscle groups to help alleviate my problems and his hands did create some changes I was looking for. I know where to come when I'm next back in Scarborough. I saw Paul for a number of sessions for full body sports massage. I suffered having a lot of pain in my lower back and shins after dancing 5 days a week, he was able to releve a lot of my pain and really take the strain from the most painful areas.
