I have recently moved via Reeds Rains in Sale, this was with the lettings department and my move was handled via Alex Mantle. The move went smoothly and any questions I needed were answered either on that phone call or with a returned phone call shortly after. I was able to attend the office when needed to and Alex was always available upon request. I would highly recommend Reeds Rains as I’ve used other estate agents and have had a nightmare. Only wish there were more stars to add. These guys have been absolutely brilliant with me over the last 3 years. I have POA for my elderly grandma, and dealing with her house has been a massive learning curve for me, and I can honestly say, Reeds Rains have been the best.

Andrew was the one who I dealt with initially, and I was massively impressed with his friendly professionalism and his eagerness to help me through everything - from the smallest prickle of a problem, to guiding me through real 'landlord' minefields.

Then, it was largely, Sarah took over as I decided to put the house on the market. She was brilliant, worked tirelessly to market and chase up on a difficult property to sell. Always cheerful and positive, even with the worst of news; somehow I always came off the phone with a smile on my face.

Have recently let my aunts house with Reeds Rains. Throughout the whole process the team were professional, helpful, patient and supportive. We would totally recommend this firm of estate agents. Professional and friendly they do a great job of selling the houses on their books and always kept us up to date whether we had viewings or not. Really came into their own after the sale was agreed liaising with others in our chain. I used reed rains back in 2013 to sell our property which we did with in 3 weeks. The property we were buying was advertised through another estate agents but their service was so amazing they took full control of the purchase negotiations on our behalf and we landed our next beautiful home which we are still in now. This was a huge help being at work full time. I cant recommend them enough and we will definitely use them in the future if we decide to move properties. Excellent! Efficient and Reliable! Would recommend Reeds Rains Bedworth to anyone selling a house or wanting to purchase. All staff are approachable and easy to talk to ! I purchased a house via them, the sale went really smoothly, Reeds Rains Bedworth worked in the background to chase my sale, due to the work they collectively did in the background, my purchase went through as quickly as possible. I sold my house with the Bedworth branch of Reeds Rains and could not fault the service from start to finish! They sold my property within a week and were really professional and friendly throughout the whole process.
