Top of the range cars at affordable prices. Great bunch of guys that work there, Steve, bash and the other 2 guys that were there but didn’t quite get there names. very friendly. Would like to apologise to one of the guys who got a fine from the local council Because of me sorry mate. Picked me up from the train station and dropped me back off again. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish and even after! Once I spotted the vehicle I wanted, it was made simple for me to reserve the car for a small refundable deposit. Then because I lived a few hours away Steve was happy to keep the car reserved for nearly a week whilst I made plans to get up there. Once I arrived, I was greeted kindly and shown to the car I had reserved. I was offered a hot drink whilst I looked around the car. Steve made buying and part exchanging so simple and really made it stress free. Once I took the car home, I noticed the car was missing the owners manual and Redrose ordered me one and delivered straight to my address within days as promised.I couldn't recommend Redrose Cars enough. Quality service from Redrose Cars.From start to finish the buying experience at Redrose Cars was exceptional; the customer is clearly the number one priority. The sales team were very helpful even when I arrive early one morning requesting a test drive. It was no trouble at all, despite having to move at least three other cars for access!The part exchange deal was very fair and the final sale went very smoothly with all the paperwork completed by the sales team. The aftersale approach but Redrose Cars is also to be acknowledged and commended, as unfortunately after owning the car for less than two days I did find some minor internal damage to the car, something I had missed when I inspected it. This didn’t present a problem at all as an email To Redrose Cars resulted in a phone call within an hour and an offer to get the repair completed with Redrose to pay the bill. The car is now booked in at the garage and a phone call to Redrose confirmed payment will be made direct to the garage on completion. What more could a customer ask? Exceptional service! More...

Just bought a bmw x4 from them and since I am bit busy as a nurse doing nighshifts..I didn't have time to check the car personally. I just based it from the pictures!! I viewed my new car on a Saturday and even though it needed some minor repairs before I could drive it away (2 new tyres and a fog light) it was sorted by them very quickly and I was still able to pick up the car on the following Monday. What an amazing experience , stress free no hassle, what any easy process of buying a car. Steve you deserve a medal car salesman of the year.
