As I was buying my first property I was told it would be the most stressful time of my life, and people where correct, untill I came across Red squirrel, they took all the stress from me and they couldn't be more helpful, they where very reliable and completely honest from the start, they made my whole experience of buying my first home an enjoyable one and completely stress free, I would recommend everyone to use them and I would definitely use them again in the future. Using Red Squirrel Property Shop for buying & looking after our rentals. It gives us peace of mind, also what is great when things pop up they alway alert us as well as able to deal with it . . If a law has changed or things need to be updated. They also have found GREAT tenants for us which has been a dream to make things run smoothly. I have been using Red Squirrel since 2016 to help me rent out my property. I was new to renting out when I approached Red Squirrel but they explained everything fully and made the process easy. They were recommended to me by a colleague who had also successfully rented out a property with them. They have continued to fully manage my property and I have every confidence that they inspect to a high standard to ensure everything is going ok for both me and the tenants. I like the fact that it is a family run business with a more personal touch. I have got to know the main members of the team well, all the staff are helpful and supportive of any requests or questions I have needed to ask. The service they offer covers all my needs and they have been able to offer help with property maintenance with recognised traders who do a fair and good standard of job in reasonable time.
