Hi Jo Thought you’d be interested to know that we (Glasgow Lyric Choir) held our Murder Mystery evening last Saturday and it was great fun and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. We had over 60 people at our “restaurant” who were served with a delicious 3 course meal which was in keeping with the script of “An Italian Job”. The cast were splendid and brought all the characters to life. We had appropriate music to enhance the atmosphere and dramatise the key moments (DUN DUN DUN!) and the guests really engaged with the clues. In the end only one team out of nine guessed the murderer correctly. We are very grateful to you and your team for providing such an excellent package. We will be happy to recommend Red Herring Games to any other group who might fancy running such an event as the material is so well constructed and entertaining. We used the 10 player 1920s themed game (can't remember the name off hand..) for a birthday party in November. Fab customer service and fab game. Everyone was a potential suspect and there was no easy give away. We all had a great time! I’ve been to a couple of the Red Herring Murder Mystery evenings and they are FAB!! So much fun!! Three course meal set in lovely local surroundings and great actors make for an entertaining night out with a group of friends.

I recently ordered Death at Downturn Shabby for a 50th birthday celebration, I chose it as we were an all girl group. I decided to go with the downloadable version and that is where a star was lost as I use an iPad and was unable to unzip the documents - fortunately my husband was able to help me out and I dare say that if I had emailed Red Herring Games they would have been able to help but I was a bit tight for time to go backwards and forwards to get it sorted.
On the night, everyone made a brilliant effort getting into their characters and we had such a hoot with some of the different accents! The script was well written and everyone had a decent motive for the murder which showed when there were multiple guesses made for the muderer!
Overall, everyone had a great time and look forward to doing another one!

What a fabulous night!! My Hen Party was A-MAZ-ING!!! Everyone got in the spirit with some 'Brill' 80s costumes for the 'Smashed Hits Poll Winners Murder' game I chose. Very user friendly, with everything you need to get the party going. Can't wait for another excuse to hold my next great Murder Mystery dinner party - provided by Red Herring Games of course!!
