Rebecca is an ambitious and creative chef with a passion for flavour and fresh ingredients. Rebecca become one of Miele’s Home Economists. For nine years, she ran numerous cookery schools and was heavily involved in creating recipes for the Miele blog, in-house magazine and food styling for their photoshoots.

Rebecca Barrett did the food for my parent’s 65th wedding anniversary. A Moroccan menu for 100 people. I cannot fault a single aspect of her work. Everyone loved the food, it was beautifully presented, delicious and plentiful. The service was good. She served the food in a professional organised manner. I would definitely recommend her. Rebecca specialises in Cakes and Pastry, but is well know for her stunning and detailed canapes.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Rebecca will initially send her seasonal sample menus along with prices to start the process. From there she will ask for favourite foods, any dietaries, or memorable dishes you have had, for Rebecca to then create a bespoke menu.
